Raw material

The raw material for the produced yarns is wool of different qualities and acrylic, that is mixed up. The washed wool is bought from wool merchants and then forwarded per trailer to the mill. Crossbread and comeback (fineness of 25-28 micron) are the most common wool qualities spun into yarns in form of broken tops or flocks. Their origin countries are Uruguay, Australia, New Zealand, England and Germany. The natural color of  wool is white, light and dark brown. All other colors are dyed according the production needs from a dyeing mill.
